This wasn't what I expected, Good or Bad?

The staff were friendly,, and the dining options were good, showcasing a range of quality local dishes each night.

Room size felt cramped, and temperature control in the bathroom was quite frustrating .

All staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless, the food was amazing. The rooftop terrace was brilliant. We had an amazing time!

The staff were helpful, our dining experience was enjoyable. The food was really good, with a fantastic variety of local dishes and good buffets twice a week. The rooftop pool was another highlight.

Occasional noise disturbance.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff here are incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel special. The hotel itself is in a great location, right in the heart of the main square. We loved being just a short stroll away from the beach and having our own free sunbeds there.

Location is excellent with both proximity to a beautiful beach and convenience of being close to bars, shops, and restaurants. Rooms are ideal with double glazing to block out noise, while bathrooms are clean and well-stocked. Staff service is commendable with personalized attention by the maitre d' and waitresses at dinner. Breakfast buffets are plentiful with a wide assortment of choices. Entertaining rooftop pool, piano music and a gala buffet are among the offerings.

One downside is thin walls between rooms that do not offer much privacy due to noise-proof construction.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, and great location. the rooms were tidy and well-maintained with clean towels provided every day. the staff were helpful and professional and made our stay pleasant. the location was perfect, surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and easy access to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.

Noise levels and small room size. the noise from neighboring rooms and outside was quite loud and disruptive, making it difficult to sleep at times.

The staff were friendly, the facilities great, and the restaurant served delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel.

The food was amazing with lots of varieties that we enjoyed every day. The staff was very welcoming and made us feel at home. It has a great location with easy access to shops and beaches which made our romantic escape even more special. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and the stunning views from up there were breathtaking.

The hotel could be updated and refurbished as some parts looked a bit outdated, but that did not stop us from enjoying our stay. The breakfast buffet could get a bit crowded at times, but the staff did their best to make sure everyone was accommodated.
